REASSEMBLY

NOTICE:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the No. 2 seat rod sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 18 N·m (184 kgf·cm, 13 ft·lbf)

2. INSTALL POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the power seat motor with the 3 bolts.

Torque: 9.0 N·m (92 kgf·cm, 80 in·lbf)

3. INSTALL POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the power seat motor with the 3 bolts.

Torque: 9.0 N·m (92 kgf·cm, 80 in·lbf)

(b) Install the reclining connecting pipe with the 2 washers.

4. INSTALL NO. 3 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the No. 3 seatback frame with the 5 bolts.

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)

5. INSTALL RECLINING CONTROL BASE RH

(a) Install the reclining control base with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRER HARNESS NO. 2

(a) Engage the 4 wire harness clamps.

(b) Connect the 3 connectors and install the rear seat wire harness No. 2.

7. INSTALL NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seatback cover to the seatback pad with 13 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the cover.

When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

8. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

(a) Engage the hooks and install the seatback cover with pad.

(b) Engage the 2 wire harness clamps.

9. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

(a) Align the protruding portion of the rear No. 2 seat headrest supports with the installation grooves of the rear No. 2 seatback frame.

(b) Engage the 4 claws and install the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports.

10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Engage the 9 clips and install the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

11. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

12. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH

(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover.

(b) Install the screw.

13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER OUTER RH

(a) Engage the claw and install the rear seat cushion cover.

(b) Install the screw.

14. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 2 seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with 10 new hog rings

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the cover.

When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

15. INSTALL NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Engage the hooks.

(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 3 seat cushion spring to the seat cushion cover with 5 new hog rings.

16. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the 2 bushes to the cushion spring. Then using a T45 "TORX" socket, install the 2 bolts.

for Bolt A

Torque: 21 N·m (214 kgf·cm, 16 ft·lbf)

(b) Install the 2 bolts.

for Bolt B

Torque: 32 N·m (326 kgf·cm, 24 ft·lbf)

17. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER INNER LH

(a) Engage the 4 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover outer.

(b) Install the screw.

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK COVER OUTER RH

(a) Engage the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and install the rear seat lock cover outer.

(b) Install the screw.

19. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY
